The machine directs the prepared Turkish delight dough into the die system under controlled pressure to produce rope Turkish delight at the desired diameter. Operating at a working pressure of 80–100 bar, the system facilitates consistent and continuous product shaping. Dies can be easily changed according to the desired product dimensions.
With various die options ranging from 10 mm to 50 mm, rope Turkish delight production can be carried out in different diameters. This configuration allows the machine to be easily adapted to different product types and production requirements.
The dusting unit on the machine assists in the proper advancement of the shaped Turkish delight throughout the production process. The adjustable conveyor belt system ensures controlled transfer of the product to the next production stage. Belt speed can be adjusted according to production requirements.
All product-contact surfaces are manufactured from stainless steel. The hygienic design allows for easy cleaning and maintenance. Thanks to its robust frame construction and industrial-grade structure, it delivers reliable performance under intensive production conditions.
