The AYD-BK Series Dipping Kettle has been developed for the controlled dipping of Turkish delight, cezerye, and similar confectionery products into chocolate, sugar syrup, or various coating mixtures. It supports the consistent processing of products before or during the coating stage, facilitating the smooth progression of the production line.
The dipping process is one of the critical production stages that ensures the product comes into homogeneous contact with the coating material. The coating mixture prepared inside the dipping kettle is maintained at the appropriate consistency throughout the working period.
