The Powdered Sugar Mill is designed for converting crystallized sugar into fine powdered sugar for use in chocolate and confectionery production. The ground sugar becomes suitable for feeding into the pre-mixing unit or directly onto the production line.
Crystallized sugar is transferred from the feeding hopper to the grinding section and processed within the high-speed grinding system. At the end of the grinding process, the product reaches a fineness of 35-80 microns. The resulting powdered sugar is discharged from the machine via an auger system and transferred to the next production stage.
The dust control system on the machine helps reduce the spread of sugar dust that may occur during grinding into the work area. This keeps the work area tidier while also preventing product loss.
All parts in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel. Manufactured using food-grade materials, the machine features a hygienic design for easy cleaning and is suitable for long-term industrial use.
The AYD-SPM-1000 has been developed for preparing powdered sugar used in the production of chocolate, compound chocolate, dragee, cream, and confectionery. Thanks to its compact design, it can be easily integrated into new production lines or existing facilities.
